- A high level of customization – no two tours look alike. Each European tour is specially customized per traveler; I spend a considerable amount of time crafting the trip itinerary to your specific likes and desires.
- I am not an order taker or an impersonal booking engine. I am a travel designer here to listen to your desires and preferences and help make them a reality.
- I have established relationships with some of the best partners in the industry, small boutique travel companies with offices in Europe, that like myself, pride themselves on superior customer service, personalized recommendations, and our own deep desire for cultural adventures that we share with you!
- I pride myself on repeat business and referrals. Past clients have shared that their love of working with me is twofold: a commitment to integrity in business and the intense joy I have working in my profession, which is said to be contagious and permeate all my communication. I hope to live up to this claim with each traveler I work with!
- I operate an accredited travel business which means a thorough validation process that includes industry reference checks and proof of experience has been assessed and certified. I am also a USTOA specialist (United States Tour Operators Association) and can assist with escorted vacations and group travel.
