I cannot recommend Bella Europa Travel highly enough! Lisa is not only incredible at her job, but she is a wonderful human being. Lisa planned us an amazing itinerary for our honeymoon in Italy, which was challenged by several unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control. When Excite Holidays went out of business, Lisa worked tirelessly to save all of our reservations and ensure that we were getting the best deals on our travel. When Air Italy liquidated, she personally researched airlines to help us make the most reliable flight choices. When the spread of novel coronavirus encroached on Italy, Lisa was always available to us with the most up to date information to help us make informed decisions. When our Italy trip eventually had to be canceled due to the virus, she planned us a completely different honeymoon to Hawaii in a matter of hours. She walked us through every process to ensure we received all necessary refunds or credits from our originally planned vacation. Unfortunately, due to the continued spread of the virus, we’ve had to postpone our Hawaii trip as well. But we are so looking forward to planning our next trip with Lisa once recreational travel is able to be enjoyed by the world once more. The above timeline doesn’t even begin to truly reflect the amount of effort and dedication Lisa has put into serving us over the past several months. She walked us through chaos in a way that made us feel completely at peace through the entire process. She is fiercely committed to her clients and clearly loves the work that she does.
